Should you wish to register .biz names with us or transfer .biz names to our management, then the Registry Operator, NeuStar Inc (“NeuStar”) imposes certain conditions. As set out in our Terms and Conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by these conditions as follows: (in the paragraphs below, “Registered Name Holder” means the registrant of a .biz domain name)

Registered Name Holder:

Certifies that:

The data provided in the domain name registration application is true, correct, up to date and complete; and
It will keep the information provided up to date;

Certifies that to the best of its knowledge:

The registered domain name will be used primarily for bona fide business or commercial purposes and not (i) exclusively for personal use; or (ii) solely for the purposes of (1) selling, trading or leasing the domain name for compensation, or (2) the unsolicited offering to sell, trade or lease the domain name for compensation;
It has authority to enter into the registration agreement; and
The registered domain name is reasonably related to its business or intended commercial purpose at the time of registration.

Acknowledges having read and understood and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the following documents, as they may be amended from time to time, which are hereby incorporated and made an integral part of this Agreement:

The Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy, available atwww.icann.org/udrp;
The Start-up Dispute Resolution Policy (“SUDRP”); and
The Restrictions Dispute Resolution Criteria and Rules.

Acknowledges that NeuStar reserves the right to deny, cancel or transfer any registration that it deems necessary, in its discretion; (1) to protect the integrity and stability of the registry; (2) to comply with any applicable laws, government rules or requirements, requests of law enforcement, in compliance with any dispute resolution process; (3) to avoid any liability, civil or criminal, on the part of NeuStar, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors and employees; (4) for violations of this Agreement and its Exhibits; or (5) to correct mistakes made by NeuStar or any Registrar in connection with a domain name registration. Registry Operator also reserves the right to freeze a domain name during resolution of a dispute. (Exhibit E)
