Should you wish to register .gift names with us or transfer .gift names to our management, the Registry Operator, Uniregistry Corp (“Uniregistry”), imposes certain conditions. As set out in our Terms and Conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by these conditions as follows:

Registration Agreement
In addition, a Registrant of a .gift domain name:
- acknowledges and agrees that Uniregistry reserves the right to deny, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, hold or similar status, as it deems necessary, in its unlimited and sole discretion:
- to correct mistakes made by Uniregistry or any Registrar in connection with a domain name registration, or
- for the non-payment of fees to Uniregistry;
- will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Uniregistry and its subcontractors, and its and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or relating to, for any reason whatsoever, the Registrant’s domain name registration. This indemnification obligation survives the termination of the terms and conditions between the Registrar and the Registrant;
- will comply with Uniregistry’s Acceptable Use policies and Terms of Service, as updated from time to time and published on the Uniregistry website specific to the Uniregistry TLD for the Registered Name, and consistent with Uniregistry’s Registry Agreement with ICANN.
- will comply with all ICANN consensus policies applicable to Registrants, including:
- the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (“UDRP”), as adopted by the ICANN Board of Directors on August 26, 1999;
- the Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy, as adopted by the ICANN Board of Directors on November 12, 2004; and
- such other ICANN consensus policies as ICANN publishes on its website and makes applicable to Uniregistry, Registrar or Registrant;
