This TLD is operated by Uniregistry Corp (the “Registry” or “Registry Operator”). The Registry imposes certain conditions for the registration of domain names in its TLDs. As set out in our terms and conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by these conditions as follows:

1. Registrant agrees to abide by the Registry’s Registration Agreement and Registry Policies.
2. Registrant acknowledges and agrees that the Registry reserves the right to deny, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, hold or similar status, as it deems necessary, in its unlimited and sole discretion:
   1. to correct mistakes made by the Registry or any Registrar in connection with a domain name registration, or
   2. for the non-payment of fees to the Registry.
3. Registrant shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Registry Operator, and its subcontractors (including the registry back-end services provider) and their respective directors, officers, employees, affiliates and agents of each of them from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or relating to the Registrant’s domain name registration, except due to Registry Operator’s negligence, error or omission. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of the Registrar’s Terms and Conditions with the Registrant.
4. Registrant will comply with the Registry’s Acceptable Use policies and Terms of Service, as updated from time to time and published on the Registry website specific to the Registry TLD for the Registered Name, and consistent with the Registry’s Registry Agreement with ICANN.
5. Registrant will comply with all ICANN consensus policies applicable to Registrants, including:
   1. a.the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (“UDRP”), as adopted by the ICANN Board of Directors on August 26, 1999;
   2. b.the Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy, as adopted by the ICANN Board of Directors on November 12, 2004; and
   3. c.such other ICANN consensus policies as ICANN publishes on its website and makes applicable to the Registry, Registrar or Registrant.

1. will comply with each of the following requirements:
   1. a.ICANN standards, policies, procedures, and practices for which the Registry has monitoring responsibility in accordance with the Registry Agreement or other arrangement with ICANN; and
   2. b.Operational standards, policies, procedures, and practices for the Registry TLDs established from time to time by the Registry in a non-arbitrary manner and applicable to all registrars (“Operational Requirements”), including affiliates of the Registry, and consistent with the Registry’s Registry Agreement with ICANN, as applicable, upon the Registry’s notification to Registrar of the establishment of those terms and conditions.
2. Registrant agrees to the following terms as a condition of purchasing and using a Registered Name:
   1. Registered Names allocated to Registrant during any the Registry Sunrise Period are non-transferrable for the first ten (10) years after registration; and
   2. As a Registrant, you are prohibited in the use of your Registered Name from distributing malware, abusively operating botnets, phishing, piracy, trademark or copyright infringement, fraudulent or deceptive practices, counterfeiting or otherwise engaging in activity contrary to applicable law, and providing (consistent with applicable law and any related procedures), and the consequences for such activities include suspension of your registered domain name.
3. Consents to sharing its personal data with the Registry during the registration process.
4. Registrant shall not permit content unsuitable for viewing by a minor to be viewed from the main or top-level directory of a .SEXY domain name. For purposes of clarity, content viewed at the main or top-level directory of a .SEXY domain name is the content immediately visible if a user navigates to http://example.sexy or http://www.example.sexy. No restrictions apply to the content at any other page or subdirectory addressed by a .SEXY Registered Name.
