Should you wish to register .sucks names with us or transfer .sucks names to our management, the Registry Operator, Vox Populi Registry Ltd., imposes certain conditions. As set out in our Terms and Conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by these conditions as follows:

1. Registrant acknowledges and agrees that Registry Operator reserves the right to deny, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, hold or similar status, as it deems necessary, in its unlimited and sole discretion:
   1. to correct mistakes made by Registry Operator or any Registrar in connection with a domain name registration; or
   2. for the non-payment of fees to Registry Operator;
2. Registrant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Registry Operator and its subcontractors, and its and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or relating to, for any reason whatsoever, the Registered Name Holder’s domain name registration. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of the terms and conditions between the Registrar and the Registrant.
3. Registrant agrees to comply with all Registry Operator policies, as amended from time to time.
4. Registrant is prohibited from distributing malware, abusively operating botnets, phishing, piracy, trademark or copyright infringement, fraudulent or deceptive practices, counterfeiting or otherwise engaging in activity contrary to applicable law, and providing (consistent with applicable law and any related procedures), and acknowledges the consequences for such activities include suspension of your registered domain name.
5. Registrant shall comply with all applicable laws, including those that relate to privacy, data collection, consumer protection (including in relation to misleading and deceptive conduct), fair lending, debt collection, organic farming, disclosure of data, and financial disclosures.
6. If Registrant collects and maintains sensitive health and financial data, Registrant shall implement reasonable and appropriate security measures commensurate with the offering of Registrant’s services, as defined by applicable law.
7. Registrant must maintain, publish and provide administrative contact information, which must be kept up-to-date, for the notification of complaints or reports of registration abuse, as well as the contact details of the relevant regulatory, or industry self-regulatory, bodies in their main place of business.
8. Registrant represents that Registrant possesses any necessary authorisation, charter, license and/or other related credential for participation in the TLD in which Registrant has registered a domain.

1. Registrant agrees to report any material changes to the validity of Registrant’s authorisations, charters, licenses and/or other related credentials for participation in the sector associated with Registrant’s Registered Name, if any, in order to ensure Registrant continues to conform to appropriate regulations and licensing requirements and generally conduct activities in the interests of the consumers Registrant serves, if any.
2. Registrant acknowledges that the Registry Operator can remove from the TLD zone file, and render inoperable, your domain name registration, including any associated website and email services, in the following circumstances:
   1. Cyberbullying;
   2. Pornography; and/or
   3. Parked Pages.

      Definitions of “Cyberbullying”, “Pornography”, and “Parked Pages”, together with the applicable rules and procedures for registry takedown, are on the Registry Operator’s website at: www.nic.sucks.

3. Registrant shall comply with registry Operator’s Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service, as they may be updated from time to time and published on the Registry Operator’s website specific to the Registry Operator’s TLD for the Registered Name, and consistent with Registry Operator’s Registry Agreement with ICANN.
4. Registrant consent to collection and use of Personal Data by the Registry Operator during the registration process.
5. Registrant shall comply with all ICANN consensus policies applicable to Registered Name Holders, including:
   1. the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (“UDRP”), the Uniform Rapid Suspension Policy (“URS”), and any other rights protection mechanisms;
   2. the Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy, as adopted by the ICANN Board of Directors on November 12, 2004; and
   3. such other ICANN consensus policies as ICANN publishes on its website and makes applicable to Registry Operator, Registrar or Registered Names Holders.
6. Registrant consents to data being submitted by Registrar for statistical analysis, provided that any such analysis will not disclose individual Personal Data and such data is only used for internal business purposes.
7. Registrant shall comply with each of the following requirements:
   1. ICANN standards, policies, procedures, and practices for which Registry Operator has monitoring responsibility in accordance with the Registry Agreement or other arrangement with ICANN; and
   2. Operational standards, policies, procedures, and practices for the Registry Operator TLDs established from time to time by Registry Operator in a non-arbitrary manner and applicable to all registrars (“Operational Requirements”), including affiliates of Registry Operator, and consistent with Registry Operator’s Registry Agreement with ICANN, as applicable, upon Registry Operator’s notification to Registrar of the establishment of those terms and conditions.
