Previously Vice President of Neustar Inc, responsible for law, policy and registry services for 15 years. He oversaw the launch of .biz and .nyc as well contracting registry services with over 300 new gTLDs. He is currently co-chair of ICANN’s Subsequent Procedures Working Group.

Andrew Lothian, Domain Consulting and ADR Director

Co-founder of Scotland’s premier IP & Brand Protection registrar, Demys. Andrew, a lawyer with 20 years’ experience, is an expert UDRP and WIPO panellist for WIPO, Nominet and the Czech Arbitration Court.

Susan Payne, Head of Legal Policy for Valideus

Our consultancy focussed on dot brand and new gTLD services, joined us from BBC Worldwide where she was Head of Brand Protection. She is an IP lawyer who has worked in the UK and Asia and is currently Honorary Legal Advisor to the Brand Registry Group and Secretary to the Intellectual Property Constituency of ICANN.

Worked in IP Asset Management for nearly 20 years with a number of leading providers. He has also worked in-house with both EY and P&G.
